About Me

Nicholas "Nick" Debeyiotis is an expert at making middle-market commercial real estate more valuable. He also has a lot of experience restoring and operating all kinds of properties, including multi-residential and triple net lease (NNN) commercial properties.
Nick is very active in the commercial real estate market, especially when it comes to buying, repairing, and selling multi-residential properties, as well as when they are sold. Nick has built a strong team of real estate managers over the years, and they still do a great job taking care of his many properties.


Nick Debeyiotis built his real estate business from the ground up, putting in the time, support, and hard work to make it a hugely successful business. There were two places where Nick was born: in Athens and in Montreal in Canada. In his early teens, he moved there from Greece. Nick was interested in multi-family real estate when he was a child because he grew up in a real estate family.

Nick is always looking for good opportunities and the best ways to build and add value for the foreseeable future.

Nick has also recently been interested in NNN commercial real estate, which is different from the Multi-Family market.
